About the organization

The Hadhramout Telemedicine Organization is a non-profit civil society organization established on October 19, 2023, with license number: (903) from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Republic of Yemen and is subject to supervision by the telemedicine systems of the Yemeni Ministry of Health.

The Hadhramout Telemedicine Organization is committed to using modern communication technologies to provide specialized medical consulting services that alleviate the suffering of patients in Yemen and facilitate remote diagnosis and treatment with specialists in precise medical fields, using the best possible medical diagnostic tools, which reduces the burden of traveling abroad and the associated financial costs and the complexities that often involve medical errors and are difficult to monitor and evaluate.

We are committed to a methodology of continuous quality improvement and work to establish a culture of excellence in providing remote healthcare services. We pay special attention to improving the accuracy of diagnoses for undiagnosed cases or those requiring a second medical opinion, believing in the importance of accurate diagnosis in the treatment process. We also believe in the importance of regular evaluation and monitoring of our performance to ensure the continuous development of our services, and we are keen to share our experiences and results to contribute to the development of the field of telemedicine at both local and global levels.

1.Developing and providing innovative healthcare services:Providing advanced and easily accessible telemedicine solutions to improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery and management of patient cases in Yemen, by adopting the latest digital health interventions.

2.Facilitating access to advanced diagnosis:Establishing and facilitating an effective mechanism for sending medical tests and analyses not available in Yemen to specialized laboratories and diagnostic centers abroad, with the aim of obtaining accurate and comprehensive diagnoses and bridging the gap in diagnostic capabilities locally.

3.Facilitating access to global medical expertise:Reducing the burdens and costs associated with travel for patients and their companions by connecting them with a wide network of specialized consultants around the world through our platform.

4.Building and empowering local capacities:Enhancing the efficiency of local healthcare providers and developing their skills through specialized and comprehensive training programs, and supporting career development pathways in telemedicine and digital healthcare.
